Our orders are shipped with a Royal Mail tracked and signed service. All prints are carefully wrapped in acid free tissue paper and shipped out in a sturdy cardboard tube.
UK Shipping:
Approx. 5-7 working days for production and delivery
Express UK Shipping:
Approx. 2-3 working days for production and delivery
International Shipping:
Approx. 5-10 working days for production and delivery.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery and be aware that international shipments can be subject to customs delays and charges that affect our delivery times and are out of our control.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email letting you know that’s it’s left our fair hands and is on it’s way to you. If you selected a tracked method of shipping, the email will include your tracking number.
You should receive an order confirmation email once you have completed your order, so please make a note of the email address you have used.If you haven’t received this, please first check your junk and spam folders as they can sometimes get hidden here.
Two things we love most are quality products and happy customers. So, if you’re not happy with your print then please let us know as soon as possible. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
If you have made a mistake when placing your order, or have changed your mind, then please contact us within 48 hours at hello@wearefeature.co
If your goods arrive damaged or not as ordered, please let us know within 48 hours and we’ll be happy to replace them.
If returning to us, please reuse the packaging the artwork was sent in. And we recommend using a tracked service, as goods lost or damaged in transit won’t qualify for a refund.
